“I was two clicks away from throwing my laptop out the window. Helped me out like it was no big deal (it kind of was). Stephanie fixed my tech issue in five minutes after I spent an HOURS “troubleshooting” (aka panicking and clicking stuff). Apparently, she speaks fluent error message and IT. She didn’t even roll her eyes once. Would definitely call again in a crisis or tech problem. Casa madrid management is the best.”
